HTP Plasmid Preparation

We are specialized in high throughput plasmid preparation. The Plasmid DNA isolation uses an anion-exchange resin to purify plasmid DNA to a level equivalent to two passes through CsCl gradients.

Two formats are available: mini preps in 96-well format with yield around 1 ug; maxi preps in 96-column format with yield around 50 ug. Our price and turn around time will be competitive. Actual plasmid yield will depend on plasmid and bacteria host used. The plasmid prepared is low in endotoxin and ready for transfection and other molecular biology research usages.

Service includes:

DNA purification with resin based technology

Measurement of DNA with A260/A280

Digestion of DNA to confirm identity of purified DNA and free of RNA contamination
